Omega Museum Watch
This Omega Museum watch is an absolute stunner. A limited [1915 pieces] reedition of the 1915 Omega Petrograd watch, featuring the omega caliber 2200 and in Red gold on a leather strap with reference number of 5703.30.0 it is part of Omega’s museum line of classic re-issues.
Just the thing if you fancy something a little different.
Enjoy!

Hi there. My Petrograd number 342 was stolen after a fake escrow site was set up. It was delivered to a Roberto Passalaqua (if that is his real name) in Seraing, Belgium. If anyone comes across number 342 I will pay a handsome reward. Thanks, Alex W at alexswolfson@aol.com

I would like to know where and how I purchase this watch
April 21st, 2007 at 6:28 am
Alex there is one on auction in Germany at the moment. Can´t check the number but I´ll email you. This is supposedly an original example from 1918. Gorgeous watch, very art deco!
BTW how much would one cost nowadays?

Does anyone know why the Museum 5703.30.0 1915 petrograd watch is not marked as a chronometer? It comes with the certification, but it is not marked on the watch. Also, it is not marked as being 18K gold.
Also – has anyone seen a place on the web to go for more info on this or the original 1915

Hi,
I was just surfing around and came across your scans.
Thanks, I appreciate it. I have this model as well as two
other Le Jour chronographs and have considered them to be
of excellent value. This link
http://www.easyforbuy.com may shed some light on the source of some of Le Jour’s
watches. At least this article states that this model was
made by Heuer and is identical to the Heuer Pasadena. I
also have seen Yema models that were identical to Le Jour
and even shared the same name. Hope this helps. Thanks
again for the scans.

i have an omega art watch vintage 1986
any idea how much this is worth?
January 18th, 2009 at 9:00 am
I was given a watch as a gift 20 yers ago which I recently found in an old box of move remnants. The watch is black face and bezel, small size and says the following:
1987 Omega SA
963/999
Omega
Art Collection
Has some kind of signature with an intricate multi color design on the back
I’ve found similar watches on the web site, bit nothing exactly the same. I’ve been told this watch is referred to as a “OMEGA VINTAGE 1987 ART COLLECTION WATCH”
Can anyone refer me to an expert who can appraise and tell me more about the watch and what it might be worth?
Thank you,
Ric

I am a novice looking at two omega speedmaster’s. They are both no longer made. One is the 3521.80 and the other is the 3523.80. In pictures the 3521.80 looks like a much darker blue which I really like. However I am being told that they are the same color. I can’t find a shop that has either to look at so I am relying on picture’s.
Anyone know if these two models use the same color blue for the dial?

Hi
If you are still looking for an Omega Art Collection watch, I happen to have one, in good condition, you might buy.
It’s the Max Bill 1987 version. No 431 of 999. I have just had the battery changed by an authorizised OMEGA watchmaker. He told me that the watch had become a collectors item, and he would offer me a good trade in price in case I wanted to buy a new OMEGA by him. So I became curious, Googled and came across your search.
The story behind my watch is, that in the late 1980th I did some consulting and salestraining for the Danish Watchmakers Association, sponsored by OMEGA through their Scandinavian agent. Saw the Art Watch, liked it and bought one. But since I, at the same time also bought an early OMEGA Seamaster, which still is my daily watch, I hardly us the Art Watch, accept with my tuxedo.
If any are interested in transferring ownership, please let me know so I can provide more information, and we can make an arrangement.
Venlig hilsen

I have my Fathers 14kt gold Omega square face watch from 1969. It is know as a (no name speciality), never engraved, runs, keeps great time that were given to telephone workers railroad workers, etc for 50 yrs service. It is a 17 jewel manual wind movement cal. 620 and was only worn by my husband a few times and if not mint condition is very near mint condition. Can anyone give me a vallue on this watch as I would like to pass it on to my son.

I have an Omega Art Collection watch that was given to me as a christmas gift back in the day. Black with white hands Fritz Glarner number 943/999. It’s in good condition but the band could be replaced as it’s been stored in the original box for years without use. It’s still wearable just a little crumply (being in Australia the leather has dried out a bit) .
Wondering what it would be worth to sell?
Where would be a good place to post a for sale ad if I decided to sell it?
