Omega Geneve - 1970’s Classic
I don’t recall the 70’s being this good!
This new old stock example came direct from Switzerland and has never been worn.
As they say, keep them long enough and they will come back in fashion, maybe Wrist Fashion will like this one.
Enjoy.

[Thats right an Omega watch movie with sound!]

Where did you get the pic for this watch. I have the same one purchased in Switz. in 1971. Out for repair right now…I have the bracelet band.

Hi Bob.
It’s my watch, NOS off ebay, may take some more pictures of it as the band doesn’t show well in these. Its sort of plastic with a leather backing and a crazed blue colour.
I’d love to see some pics of yours on a band.

I have an Omega that I cannot identify. Here is a description:
Autowinding
No hands - has small dot that circles as seconds indicator, then other shapes that indicate minute and hour. They appear to be printed on three transparent plates that attach to the movement.
Any info would be appreciated.

I have the same watch in stainless steel with a grey face on a stainless steel bracelet. Have been trying to find out the full details of the watch, official name, date of manufacture etc for ages but no luck…
Any ideas ??

Beautiful !!! But how about the “real thing”? : I have a identical pair (his /hers) of Omega GenĂ©ves from 1971, which the single difference between them being size.
They are in like new condition and are pretty precise. We (me and my wife) use them mostly in social occasions. They are squary, have “satin” finished silvery dial with “saphire” lenses and are finished in polished stainless steel.
Nope, no automatism or battery or gadgets, You have to wind it, everyday :-) . Again, no stainless bracelet, only nice black leather.
Do you know how much a pair like this might worth today (when new I’ve paid ?
Thanks a mil.
